When it comes to exhibition stands, our experience suggests transport is the single biggest issue that is often overlooked. When everything works to plan, transport is unlikely to enter your thinking. But if something does go wrong, it can have a major impact.

At ABC, we own, maintain and run our own fleet of vehicles. This means we don’t have to rely on external logistics partners for the crucial delivery stage of the process. This gives you far more control and oversight of the project from start to finish.

• By controlling our team of experienced drivers, you can relax safe in the knowledge that your stand will be at the hall exactly when it needs to be.
• By controlling when we arrive at the hall, we can maximise the available construction time, mitigating any unexpected issues or challenges.
• And by controlling the available construction time, our designers know the parameters in which the stand will be built – allowing them to create the best possible design for your stand.

Our vehicle fleet includes crew transport, small vans, 7.5 and 18 tonne vehicles, and our own articulated lorries and trailers. As extra security and peace of mind, each of our vehicles is tracked throughout their journeys.  During the journey our office team provides 24/7 support to our drivers, wherever they are. We can also keep you up to date with the progress of your stand.

Our experienced team also has the knowledge and wherewithal to deal with red tape at venues across the UK and Europe. This ensures your stand is unloaded as quickly as possible.  It is the ready for our construction team to start work without delay, and minimising the hassle and uncertainty for you.
